Friday, October 8 at the Vernon Club, MERF Benefit featuring Tyrone Cotton, Woody Wood and Malcolm Holbcombe. Tickets are 10 and doors open at 7 p.m.
Saturday, October 9 at the Clifton Center, Kentucky Homefront featuring Malcolm Holcombe and Woody Wood. Tickets to Kentucky Homefront events are $12. Doors at 7 p.m.
Also at the Clifton Center following the Homefront taping, we will host the first annual Musicians' Tribute to Tim Krekel. Musicians wishing to perform acoustic versions of Tim Krekel's songs should notify Phil Ragland at 502-599-7751 or by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The Tribute will be a BYOB function and free of charge if you come in after the Kentucky Homefront show.
Sunday, October 10 - A House Concert and Birthday Celebration. In honor of Tim's 60th birthday, we will be hosting this event featuring Malcolm Holcombe, a musician that Tim revered and introduced to most of us Krekkies. If you have not seen Malcolm, you are in for a real treat. We also plan a special moment of remembering Tim and celebrating his birthday with a guest speaker and a few other surprises.
